Maître Guilhem Guépy

Gratuaded in two master degrees, in private law and business law, Maître GUEPY founded the firm GUEPY AVOCAT in Nouméa, New Caledonia, in 2022.

Holding a second year of a master's degree in Internet Law and IT from Toulouse University in France, he has a specific expertise in digital law in New Caledonia, after advising many public administration for various digitalization projects.

As a lawyer for many years, he delivered legal services as a counsel and a representative in Court. He appeared in litigation and defended cases in various matters : tort liability, building permit, public servants law...
