The firm

The law firm was founded in 2022 by lawyer Guilhem GUEPY, when he took oath as "Avocat au barreau de Nouméa" after a long carreer in advising and litigating acquired in various legal services of New Caledonian public administrations.

The firm practices mainly in public law and business law. Its clients are both individuals and businesses as well as public administrations. As a french "Avocat", the firm is both a barrister and a sollicitor, therefore can advise its clients and represent them in Court. It has a specific expertise in digital law. The firm's lawyer speaks fluent English.
